Hi guys!

This topic is about the expert in my field that I admire.

He is Valentin Letelier.

Valentin Letelier was a important politician, lawyer and freemason. Born the year 1852 in the city Linares. Hespecialized in education and administrative law. He was a member of the Radical Party and a Deputy. In addition, He was a rector of the University of Chile for his contribution to the country, but most important of Letelier was his great intelligence and his novel administrative theories. 
He wrote important things about education and public management; He was the first to think of public administration as a sciencie. 

I admire him, cuz He fulfilled everthing that was proposed from an early age, public administration as a very important discipline for the State. On the other hand, He wanted to incorporate public administration as a new career at University of Chile.
Some of the things he wrote are: 

Sesiones de los Cuerpos Lejislativos de la República de Chile (1811-1845),
La tiranía y la revolución (1891)

Filosofía de la educación (1892),

La lucha por la cultura (1895),

La evolución de la historia (1900) y,

Génesis del Estado y de sus instituciones fundamentales (1917).

My favorite book is "Génesis del Estado y de sus instituciones fundamentales", cuz He thought of public administration as a central element and that was something very novel.

Finally, I think He's a diva, just because hahaha is a joke, He's a diva cuz He was a great person and a pride for Chile and our University.
